Before returning to music, Daniela built a career as a professor and then in corporate leadership. She understands a brief, a run of show and a room full of stakeholders.
One DJ for the whole night
Sets run from two to eight hours and are shaped to the event, from arrivals and dinner through the program to the dance floor.
Range
Melodic, progressive, Latin, deep and afro house, acid and techno at night. By day, anything from French house to the classics. She plays to the room and the hour.
She has run the room herself
As founder of Deep Playa NYC she has produced more than 50 events for crowds of 300 to 1,200 people, so she knows what a production team needs from a DJ.

Can Daniela play background music as well as a dance set?
Yes. Her sets run from two to eight hours and she shapes them to the event, so one booking can cover arrivals, dinner, the program and the dance floor.
What music will she play at a corporate or private event?
She adapts to the room and the hour. Her own sound moves between melodic, progressive, Latin, deep and afro house, acid and techno, and daytime or mixed-crowd sets can range from French house to the classics.
Where does she travel?
Daniela is based in New York City and plays across the NYC area, the United States and internationally.
What equipment does she need?
Two Pioneer CDJ-3000s and a Pioneer DJM-A9, DJM-V10 or DJM-900NXS2 mixer. The full tech rider is in the press kit.
Can she design the event as well as play it?
