Beyond the decks, Daniela builds the rooms: an outdoor rave community, an all-female platform, festival stages and a museum commission.
Deep Playa NYC
Daniela founded the Deep Playa NYC community in 2020. She and her crew produced more than 50 events and mini-burns in and around New York City, each drawing between 300 and 1,200 people, including the largest overnight outdoor rave in NYC history. She sold Deep Playa NYC in 2026.
Daniela has DJed across the series, which marked its fourth anniversary at Xanadu in Brooklyn in 2024 with Soul Summit.
Her Name Is Shakti
Her Name Is Shakti was the Brooklyn event series Daniela created to champion female brilliance, behind the decks and beyond. Each night was a one-night boutique: women DJs and artists on the lineup, with women-owned small businesses, sound healers, oracle readers and reproductive health educators sharing their work, in an inclusive space for everyone to explore, express and evolve.
Shakti is the Sanskrit word for energy, strength and power: the primal creative force of the divine feminine. With women still only about 30% of DJs and fewer than 10% of producers, Shakti set out to move that needle. Artists included Just Emma, Alice Iguchi, Catori, DJ Tory and Acid Alien. The series ran from 2022 to 2025.
CAMP Festival
From 2022 to 2025 Daniela served as Music Director and Stage Designer for Calling All Magical People, known as CAMP Festival, where she was also one of the headlining DJs each year.
The Mütter Museum
In 2025 the Mütter Museum in Philadelphia commissioned Daniela to perform a four-hour immersive Halloween set inspired by the Dancing Plague of 1518.
She gave creative input on lighting, décor, staging, DJ booth design and performance cues, and designed her entire DJ set around the four Medieval humors and the four seasons, performing it as both DJ and performance artist in the museum's historic ballroom.

Per Astra — Through the Stars
Per Astra is a live ritual event series and cosmic mix offering conceived by Daniela — where astrology becomes sound, and sound becomes passage.
Each event is anchored to a potent astrological transit — eclipses, planetary ingresses, nodal shifts — with music architected around the exact energetic signature of that moment. The Cosmic Mixes are deeply personal: Daniela reads a birth chart and translates it into a one-of-one 45–60 minute journey, channelled through the unique architecture of a single life.

The Event Series
18 nights. 18 transits. 16 months of collective passage. Each evening is a ceremony — sound, light, scent, and atmosphere aligned to a singular astrological moment.
Cosmic Mixes
Your birth chart is a blueprint of the cosmos at the exact moment you arrived. Daniela reads it — then translates it into sound. A one-of-one 45–60 minute mix, for yourself or as a gift.
360° DJ Booth
A 10 ft round, 360° DJ booth, built so there is no wall between the DJ and the dance floor.
It rents as one stage or three, flat-packs for transport, and is made from marine-grade plywood with an iridescent plexiglass front. Original design by Daniela and Shane Urbach.
Creative direction & experience design
Daniela also designs the worlds her music lives in. She can bring this alongside her DJ sets and music production, or be booked or partnered with separately.

Burning Man
Daniela has been burning since 2012 and serves as NY Regional Contact for the Burning Man Organization. She has DJed on several large art cars at Burning Man, including Blockhaus and Mystic Flyer, and has designed sound stages for and DJed at Love Burn and other regional Burns.
